### Branches & staff
Manage multiple locations from one account. Premium supports up to 5 branches (Free includes your main branch only). Add staff by linking their WhatsApp numbers to a branch—each line records transactions in the right branch for per-branch reports.

### FIRS e-invoicing (NRS-aligned)
Create, cancel, and manage FIRS e-invoices inside WhatsApp. Premium includes 20 invoice credits per month (240 per year on yearly billing). Additional credits are ₦80 each (minimum purchase 10) and never expire. Handle inbound supplier invoices and business setup from the same menu.

### Accounting & tax reports
Premium unlocks formal accounting reports via WhatsApp: Full Business Pack (P&L and tax), Statement of Profit or Loss, Capital Expenditure Schedule, NRS Tax Report (annual CIT for a full accounting year), and NRS EFS CSV for selfservice.nrs.gov.ng. VAT reports show output, input, and net VAT in chat. Reports can be branch-scoped when requested from a branch line.

### Tax-ready records
Stay audit-ready with consistent entries, WHT certificate capture, and exportable summaries aligned to Nigerian tax practice. ZoboLedger uses clear language and WhatsApp-native flows so traders and SMEs keep compliant records without learning complex software.
